The FOUND Retreat is dedicated to helping you find joy in your body, through movement, quiet reflection, enjoying the delightful food the French are known for, and of course, sharing the experience with a group of women who remind you of your closest friends.
We’ll front-load the day with a restorative morning workout and a psychology based workshop after breakfast.
After lunch, you can either join us on a group hike, wander through the local village, or you can stay behind and enjoy simply relaxing with a book near the pool or in a secluded nook, of which there are many in the private gardens and main house.
The evenings will be for dinners, an optional walk, or gentle yin yoga session, and one evening has been reserved for dinner in the local village.
All meals will be prepared by a private chef using locally sourced ingredients. This isn’t a vegan/vegetarian retreat, so if you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you book and we will accommodate you.
There is also an option to book a massage with a therapist who will come to the venue - your comfort is our priority!
